Founder of popular gay bar The Abbey, David Cooley has expanded the “best Gay Bar in the World” to occupying the space on the north side of The Abbey that formerly housed Here Lounge. “The Chapel, on Robertson Boulevard is just south of Santa Monica Blvd.
